Rental Policies
Check in after: 4:00 PM
Check out before: 10:00 AM
Check Out Procedures
Check out time is no later than 10:00am on your departure day. Please abide by this time to allow service providers to prepare the property for the next guest. Check out procedures are as follows:
- Wash and put away all dishes and cookware.
- Empty all food from refrigerator and freezer.
- Place all sheets and towels in the linen bags provided.
- Take all trash out and put down the trash chute.
- Please double-check that you have collected all personal items from balcony, closets, washer/dryer, dresser drawers, cabinets, refrigerator, etc. With back to back guests, it may be difficult for us to find and return a forgotten item so we are not responsible for these.
- Return two parking passes and two pool passes to theshell bowl on white cabinet.
Damage & Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. See property listings for security deposit requirements.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Cleaning Practices
- Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact
- High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
- All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
- Cleaned with disinfectant
