“The condo was everything it was advertised to be. We booked this condo over other options because of the later cancellation date. We were pleased with the unit. Only small issue we had was the bedroom with the bunkbed was very hot. There were fans in there to help with the heat. The views were amazing and it was so great to hear the ocean while in the master bedroom. Our host was quick to answer texts and I would definitely recommend this condo!”

“Our stay at "Up on the Roof - Sun" was amazing! Just as advertised, this property is the perfect beach home away from home. With more than enough room for a family of up to 8-10 people, we found it ideal for our group of 4 (plus two fur-babies)! The multiple deck areas were great for watching beautiful morning sunrises, midday lunch breaks, late afternoon book reading, and cocktails in the evening. The beach/ocean was literally steps away, making it so much easier to get down and back to the house if needed during the day. The roof deck was spectacular - breathtaking views of the beach. Given our stay was in mid-August, the beach was far less crowded than in previous weeks of summer, which was very nice. The hosts were fantastic, and the communications with them were always pleasant and helpful. We had a wonderful time on our trip to N. Topsail, and it was made even more memorable thanks to our stay at "Up on the Roof - Sun!!"”

“This is a beautiful spacious three story split house right on the beach. The outdoor space is very nice and the bathrooms are renovated with great water pressure. The AC was fabulous and the master bedroom mattress was firm and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. While the house was generally clean, we felt that multiple high touch surfaces needed more thorough, inspections, and cleaning between guests. The host was responsive and offered to send the cleaning crew after we reported the issues which we appreciated. Also, you should know that the windows and doors don’t have screens. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Sea la vie and would highly recommend it”

“Wonderful vacation home. The house itself is in an amazing location. Even at the end of July it was not busy at all!The house was very clean. The owner was great to work with, very kind, and we got into the house early. The beds were already made as well. The layout of the queen room was a bit odd and it could use some decorations/mirrors and trash cans in the bedrooms but that’s a super easy fix and nothing to hold against the home or the owner :-)There were tons of beach chairs and boogie boards to pick from. The porch furniture was so comfortable with breathtaking views. We would definitely rent this again.”

“Amy was quick to answer texts, and very helpful. We were right across the street from a bar/restaurant that had great pizza. The beach was clean and surprisingly uncrowded. The grocery store was close enough, and we liked not having lots of tourist activity places nearby (kept the kids focused on the beach).”

“Great property for families in North Topsail! Three nice size bedrooms with two full baths and large family gathering area.Ample seating for movie watching and enjoying meals together. Bonus of having two outdoor seating areas / views.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at God‘s grace! It is a beautiful location just steps from the beach! The kitchen is well stocked. Other reviews mentioned AC problems but it worked very well during our stay. The house was clean. The only thing we would have appreciated was if the windows had been cleaned. The salt leaves a coating that makes it difficult to enjoy the view. Also, the couch cushions need to be replaced as some are terribly misshapen. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely consider staying again!”

“The rooftop deck sold us on this house and the rest was icing on the cake. We had a group of 10 and fit just right, including one of our dogs who got to come on this trip with us. The furniture was very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. I loved walking out with our dog early before sunrise for a walk on the beach right out the back door. Highly recommend this house.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Amy’s place! There was plenty of room and the view from the deck was fabulous! We spent most of the day on the beach and then moved to either the inside or outside pool. There is a wonderful coffee shop that also serves ice cream next to the lobby. Definitely plan on returning!”

“Absolutely beautiful view and great location, especially with kids. We had everything we needed including a high chair, plastic plates for kids, kitchen utensils, salt, pepper and some spices, hand soap, some beach toys!The amenities were nice in the evening with kids so we didn’t have to go out! The pool was clean but cold and the heated pool wasn’t heated(only heated during winter months). The facilities were immaculate and quiet! The condo was reasonably clean. There were cleaning supplies in the condo as well. Amy our host was very helpful and booking etc was seamless which has not been the case with other rentals in the past!”

“We had the delightful experience of renting this cozy Airbnb right on the beach for our kids’ spring break. It was their first time at the ocean, and the convenience of this location made their first beach trip truly memorable. The home was tranquil and conveniently located near numerous amenities. The added bonus was the direct access to the beach from the main patio, followed by a relaxing evening on the rooftop deck with the fire pit. The home was impeccably stocked with all the essentials we needed, and they even provided baby items like a pack ’n play and high chair that were perfect for our youngest. We are already eagerly planning our next beach trip and will undoubtedly be returning to this beautiful property. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and communicative, making our stay even more enjoyable.”

“Home was exactly as described in the listing with lots of warm touches throughout. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Can't beat the location -- just steps off the beach! The three levels of decks gave plenty of options for watching the waves and sunrises. Didn't get to use the fire pit table as it was too windy while we were there but can imagine it being a wonderful way to end a day. It's a quick trip into Sneads Ferry for groceries or Surf City for shopping and dining options. Host was proactive and responsive and provided an informative guide for the area. Will definitely consider staying here again on a future visit.”

“Beach view and access were fantastic. We could watch sunrise from the master bedroom without getting out of bed, but seeing it from the beach was equally majestic. Amy the owner was extremely helpful and very responsive; we couldn’t get the EV charger to work but she came up with solutions for us that worked.The kitchen & living room areas are very comfortable and open and we spent lots of time there when we weren’t on the beach. The dining room is plenty large and the kitchen area with bar stools around the counter was perfect for cooking and family time.The owner also put up a Christmas tree which was very festive!”

“This house was perfect to visit our sons for Thanksgiving, with the close proximity to base but yet the feel of worlds away. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean from all three levels. I would love to revisit in the summer!”

“The house was perfect for our week at the beach. We visit Topsail nearly every year, sometimes twice, and have figured out just what we want. Right away we noticed the deck furniture in the listing - lots of tall chairs, sofas, fire pit, tables - you name it, they had it! We spent most of our time on the decks watching the waves and dolphins or reading. We wanted to spend more time on the rooftop deck but it was a little too cold - but we did manage to eat a very chilly dinner up there! We walked the beach at least twice each day, we practically have it to ourselves this time of year. The house had everything we needed. The sofa in the living room was perfect for a nap on a rainy day. Overall, a wonderful week was had here. Bonus - we were able to charge our EV with the included level 2 charging station!”
