Walk in and the view takes over: the Atlantic and North Topsail Beach filling every window of this newly renovated 6th floor point unit (St. Regis 2608). Pour your coffee, slide open the door to the main balcony, and let the morning arrive over open water. Inside, the open floorplan holds a quartz kitchen with farm sink, stainless appliances and a beverage fridge, dining for 8 plus bar seating for 3, and a living room with 75 inch smart TV and a queen sleeper sectional.

The oceanfront king master opens to the main balcony and has a spa tiled shower with rainfall head. The queen bedroom and the twin over full bunk room open to the side balcony overlooking the pool, with blackout curtains for sleeping in. In-unit laundry with full size washer and dryer.

St. Regis amenities include the covered outdoor pool (heated in cooler months, shaded in summer), a well equipped fitness center with sauna, beach access with charcoal grills and picnic areas, and the Oceans Edge restaurant on the top floor of building 2. Want more room? Sea Pointe North adjoins Sea Pointe South: the only adjoining point units at St. Regis.

Good to know

• Check in after 4:00 PM, check out before 10:00 AM. Contactless: door codes arrive by text the week of your stay
• No pets at this condo. If the dog has to come (we understand), our four beach houses are all dog friendly.
• No smoking, no events. Minimum age of primary renter: 25
• Refundable security deposit: $500. It is held, not charged, and released after checkout if the home is left as you found it. Normal wear is never charged
• Linens, towels, and starter supplies provided. Cleaned to our 140 degree linen and disinfecting standard between every stay
• Cancel 30 or more days before check-in: full refund. Cancel 14 to 29 days before: half of the rent refunded. Inside 14 days: no refund. (Book through Vrbo or Airbnb instead and their fees follow their rules.)

The neighborhood: North Topsail’s quiet end

St. Regis Resort sits on the quiet north end of Topsail Island, where the beach stays uncrowded and the pace stays slow. Inside the resort: the covered heated pool, fitness center with sauna, pickleball, a playground, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and Oceans Edge restaurant on the top floor of building 2. Groceries are just across the bridge, Sneads Ferry seafood is minutes away, and Wilmington is under an hour for a rainy day.
