Bring everyone. Sea Pointe Combined is Sea Pointe North and South booked together: the only adjoining point units at St. Regis Resort. Open the connecting door and the reunion has 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, two full quartz kitchens with beverage fridges, two living rooms with 75 and 80 inch smart TVs, and four balconies of 6th floor ocean view.
Each side has a oceanfront king master with ensuite spa shower and balcony access, a queen bedroom, a twin over full bunk room, and a queen sleeper sectional. Both units have in-unit laundry.
Perfect for family reunions that want condo convenience: elevator, covered heated pool, fitness center with sauna, pickleball, playground, game room, beach access with grills and picnic areas, and a restaurant in the building.

Good to know

- No pets at this condo. If the dog has to come (we understand), our four beach houses are all dog friendly.
- No smoking, no events. Minimum age of primary renter: 25
- Refundable security deposit: $500. It is held, not charged, and released after checkout if the home is left as you found it. Normal wear is never charged

The neighborhood: North Topsail’s quiet end
St. Regis Resort sits on the quiet north end of Topsail Island, where the beach stays uncrowded and the pace stays slow. Inside the resort: the covered heated pool, fitness center with sauna, pickleball, a playground, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and Oceans Edge restaurant on the top floor of building 2. Groceries are just across the bridge, Sneads Ferry seafood is minutes away, and Wilmington is under an hour for a rainy day.

What happens if a hurricane is headed for Topsail during our week?
If a mandatory evacuation order from the Town of North Topsail Beach or Onslow County covers any night of your stay, North Carolina's Vacation Rental Act governs refunds for those nights and we follow it. A storm that does not close the island is not grounds for a refund, so for June through November stays we recommend trip insurance. Ask us and we will point you to it.
