A note from our family
Welcome to Sea La Vie Vacations. I am Amy.
We believe a week on North Topsail can do more than entertain: it can restore. Our four beach houses and three condos are where our own family rests, and for more than a decade we have made them ready for yours: beds made with care, kitchens stocked, and a phone that I answer.
North Topsail is the quiet, peaceful end of the island. No boardwalk, no crowds, a sandbar just offshore that calms the surf for the kids, and tidal pools late in the day. Sunrise coffee on the deck, dolphins before breakfast. We would love to have you.
Why North Topsail
A quiet stretch of sand you will mostly have to yourselves.
No boardwalk, no crowds, no circling for parking. With no public beach access nearby, the sand behind our homes stays blissfully open: sea turtles nesting in June, kids with buckets at low tide, room to fly a kite without asking anyone to move.
Beach mornings
Sunrise over the Atlantic from your own oceanfront deck, coffee in hand, dolphins working the swash.
Family adventures
The turtle hospital, pier fishing, kayaking the sound, pickleball at St. Regis, day trips to historic Wilmington.

Four of the family members are young children, who had plenty of room to spread out and play. Beach access was great and the upper decks provided a quiet space for the adults. We really enjoyed the N. Topsail location as it was far enough away from the Surf City crowds, but close enough to grocery stores.
