Named for what carried our family here. Ten of you, a fire table by the ocean, a gated deck for the little ones, and the waves for a lullaby.
One roof, two homes, twenty of your favorite people. Six oceanfront decks, rooftop fire pits, and the reunion your family will measure the others by.
The only adjoining point units at St. Regis: two full condos, one open door, and room for eighteen with the ocean on three sides.
Our namesake, and the easiest beach access we have: out the back door, down your own walkway, toes in the sand before the car cools off.
The sunny right side of the duplex. Coffee on the rooftop at sunrise, the fire table at dusk, and ten of you falling asleep to the surf.
The left side of the duplex, made for the late shift: sunset chairs on the brand new rooftop deck and stargazing after the kids are down.
A newly renovated 6th floor point unit where the ocean fills every window. Heated pool below, sunsets from the side balcony, and a pirate playset for the kids.
The matching point unit next door: an 80 inch screen for movie night, a beverage fridge for the grown-ups, and that same endless water view.
Our coziest home: dolphins with your morning coffee, ocean from every single room, and an elevator so the grandparents skip the stairs.

We believe a week on North Topsail can do more than entertain: it can restore. Our four beach houses and three condos are where our own family rests, and for more than a decade we have made them ready for yours: beds made with care, kitchens stocked, and a phone that I answer.
North Topsail is the quiet, peaceful end of the island. No boardwalk, no crowds, a sandbar just offshore that calms the surf for the kids, and tidal pools late in the day. Sunrise coffee on the deck, dolphins before breakfast. We would love to have you.
No boardwalk, no crowds, no circling for parking. With no public beach access nearby, the sand behind our homes stays blissfully open: sea turtles nesting in June, kids with buckets at low tide, room to fly a kite without asking anyone to move.
Sunrise over the Atlantic from your own oceanfront deck, coffee in hand, dolphins working the swash.
The turtle hospital, pier fishing, kayaking the sound, pickleball at St. Regis, day trips to historic Wilmington.
Fire tables on the deck, board games from the game closet, grilling the day’s catch, and the kind of quiet you came for.
“Where morning dawns, where evening fades, you call forth songs of joy.”Psalm 65:8
“We had 18 family members stay in these two wonderful houses that are connected between their well-stocked kitchens and by the front lower deck. Four of the family members are young children, who had plenty of room to spread out and play. Beach access was great and the upper decks provided a quiet space for the adults. We really enjoyed the N. Topsail location as it was far enough away from the Surf City crowds, but close enough to grocery stores. We really appreciated how accessible the owner was during our stay.”Sallie A. · Up On The Roof Full Duplex, 18 guests
“Three generations of us enjoyed our 2 weeks at the beach. The beach wasn't crowded and there was still plenty of room even at high tide. Finding shark's teeth turned out to be an unexpected activity for all ages. On our last morning we found that a sea turtle had come ashore and laid eggs in the dune at the house next door!”Kathy P. · beach house guest
“Condo is tastefully decorated with great views and quick access to pool and beach. Kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, dishes and cooking items. Condo owner provided much info regarding resort, restaurants, shopping, etc. prior to our arrival. She was very quick to respond to my questions via text. The condo and resort made for a fantastic week at the beach.”Darlene L. · St. Regis condo guest
