OCEANFRONT! Completely renovated and beautifully furnished duplex ready for your enjoyment. The master shower has been updated and enlarged with gorgeous carrera tile and rainfall shower!

Enjoy the sea breezes, listen to the waves crash and watch dolphins frolic in the surf as you sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail on one of three oceanfront decks. Just a short walk down the walkway and you’re in the sand!

‘Sun’ is the south unit of this single owner duplex. The spacious driveway offers plenty of parking – there’s even room for you to park your boat. Enter from the carport on the ground level. This entry level houses ‘The Alcove’ with a comfortable queen bed and 32in ‘smart’ TV with Netflix. Especially popular with teenagers but comfortable enough for adults!

One story up is the main living area including a living room with 60in flat screen ‘smart’ TV (cable + Netflix) and plenty of comfortable seating. The dining area has a table with seating for 8 and the well-stocked kitchen has granite counter tops & a bar with 3 bar stools. There is a half bath on this floor and, most importantly, an oceanfront deck off the living room with a dining table for 6 and the walkway to the beach! A short walk down the walkway and you are in the sand!

The top floor has an oceanfront master suite with a king bed, flat screen ‘smart’ TV (cable + Netflix) and private bath with shower. A door from the hallway leads to the 2nd story covered deck and on up to the rooftop deck for the best views of the ocean by day, stars by night. This is a great spot to catch the sunset and for stargazing at night!

The other two bedrooms are also found on this level. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and flat screen ‘smart’ TV (cable + Netflix). The 3rd bedroom, or ‘Bunk Room’, is perfect for the kids with two sets of bunk beds and a flat screen ‘smart’ TV (cable + Netflix). There is a full bath in the hallway serving these two bedrooms with a tub/shower.

Other great features include a gas grill (located in carport) for grilling fresh local seafood or steaks. There is an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower in the carport – always fun to shower outdoors! There is also a hose at the end of the beach walkway for rinsing off the sand on your way in from a day relaxing and playing on the beach. There are games, books and recent magazines for your enjoyment as well.

‘Crowded’ is not part of our vocabulary on this part of North Topsail Beach. There is plenty of room for your family to spread out chairs and blankets, play corn hole, bocci ball or paddle ball, throw the football or Frisbee and play your favorite beach tunes, without disturbing, or being disturbed, by others. Rest easy as the kids play in the surf, protected by a sand bar about 30-40 feet out, or in the tidal pools that may appear late in the day. Enjoy great surf fishing around the posts of a former pier north of the house or surf and boogie board the waves. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the long days of summer. And by summer, we mean May through October, at least!
