Down on the open main floor: a oceanfront living room with 65 inch smart TV, dining for 6 plus bar seating for 4, a well stocked kitchen with Keurig and drip coffee makers, and the private lower deck where your own walkway to the sand begins.

Upstairs, the oceanfront king master has an ensuite with rainfall shower; a queen bedroom and twin bunk room share the hall bath. The ground floor Alcove tucks a queen bed under the stairs. Then there is the rooftop deck: seating for everyone, a new fire table, and the best sunrise and sunset views on the block.

A new deck gate keeps kids and dogs safe, and the carport holds a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower. Free EV charging included. Need more room? Book Stars next door or the full duplex.

The neighborhood: North Topsail’s quiet end

This is the stretch of North Topsail with no public beach access nearby, which means the sand behind the house stays blissfully uncrowded: room for chairs, corn hole, and a football throw without disturbing a soul. A sand bar 30 to 40 feet out calms the surf for young swimmers, tidal pools appear late in the day, and great surf fishing waits around the old pier posts just north. Groceries are across the bridge, our favorite restaurants are minutes away, and Wilmington is under an hour when you want a day trip.
