Bring the crew up to the sixth floor and let the Atlantic do the greeting: it fills every window of Sea Pointe South (St. Regis 2607), just like next door. Morning coffee belongs to the main balcony over open water; sunset belongs to the side balcony. In between are a quartz kitchen with farm sink and beverage fridge, dining for 8 with bar seating, and a comfortable queen sleeper sectional in front of an 80 inch smart TV.
The oceanfront king master opens to the main balcony and has a spa tiled rainfall shower. The queen bedroom and twin over full bunk room open to the side balcony: the best sunset seat in the building. Hall bath with deep tub, plus a large laundry room.
Resort perks: covered heated pool, fitness center and sauna, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and Oceans Edge restaurant upstairs. Reserve Sea Pointe North next door too and open the adjoining door for 6 bedrooms.

- No pets at this condo. If the dog has to come (we understand), our four beach houses are all dog friendly.

- Refundable security deposit: $500. It is held, not charged, and released after checkout if the home is left as you found it. Normal wear is never charged

The neighborhood: North Topsail’s quiet end
St. Regis Resort sits on the quiet north end of Topsail Island, where the beach stays uncrowded and the pace stays slow. Inside the resort: the covered heated pool, fitness center with sauna, pickleball, a playground, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and Oceans Edge restaurant on the top floor of building 2. Groceries are just across the bridge, Sneads Ferry seafood is minutes away, and Wilmington is under an hour for a rainy day.

What happens if a hurricane is headed for Topsail during our week?
If a mandatory evacuation order from the Town of North Topsail Beach or Onslow County covers any night of your stay, North Carolina's Vacation Rental Act governs refunds for those nights and we follow it. A storm that does not close the island is not grounds for a refund, so for June through November stays we recommend trip insurance. Ask us and we will point you to it.
