As you enter Sea Pointe South, your eyes are immediately drawn to the expansive views of the Atlantic ocean and beautiful North Topsail Beach from the 6th floor vantage point. The open concept floorplan includes a beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops, large farm sink and stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator, beverage fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with all the tools you need to prepare a feast from the land or sea and includes a bar with seating for 3. The kitchen is open to the dining area with a table for 8 then a large living room with 75″ SmartTV, new, comfy sectional with queen sleeper and those gorgeous ocean views. Large sliding doors open to the main balcony with bar height Adirondack chairs and dining table for 4. Down the hall are 3 bedrooms: a master with king size bed, ensuite bathroom with spa like tiled shower with rainshower head as well as a hand held, 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and 3rd bedroom with twin over full bunk bed. The master bedroom has a sliding door to access the main balcony, while the other two bedrooms each open onto the side balcony which has beautiful ocean and sunset views with a couple bar height Adirondack chairs. The second bathroom in the hallway serves these two bedrooms and has a tub/shower combo with beautiful carrara tile and a large vanity. There is also a laundry room with full size washer & dryer. Wifi is available throughout the resort and cable TV is provided in the living room, while the bedroom TVs offer access to Amazon Prime Video and allow you to login to your Netflix, Hulu or other streaming services.
