Sea La Vie is an oceanfront beach house in North Topsail Beach, NC. It sleeps 10 with 3 BR + queen alcove and 2.5 baths, welcomes up to two dogs, and has its own private walkway over the dunes to the sand. Check in is 4 PM and check out is 10 AM.

This is the home that started it all, and the beach is honestly your backyard. Make your coffee at the big island while the kids watch the water from the oceanfront living room, then follow your own private walkway from the back deck straight down to the quiet sand. The open main level holds new comfortable seating, a 60 inch smart TV, dining for 6 plus island seating for 5, and a well stocked kitchen with a nugget ice maker keeping the drinks cold.

The main deck has a new sectional and fire pit facing the ocean. Upstairs, the king main bedroom opens to a private upper deck with beautiful beach views, joined by a queen bedroom and a bunk room. The ground floor Alcove sleeps two more under the stairs.

A private carport with gas grill, a big driveway with room for everyone (even the boat), and free EV charging round it out. The easiest beach access we have: right out the back door.

• Check in after 4:00 PM, check out before 10:00 AM. Contactless: door codes arrive by text the week of your stay
• Dog friendly: up to 2 dogs, 40 pounds or under, for a per-dog, per-week pet fee shown on your written quote.
• No smoking, no events. Minimum age of primary renter: 25
• Refundable security deposit: $500. It is held, not charged, and released after checkout if the home is left as you found it. Normal wear is never charged
• Linens, towels, and starter supplies provided. Cleaned to our 140 degree linen and disinfecting standard between every stay

The neighborhood: North Topsail’s quiet end

This is the stretch of North Topsail with no public beach access nearby, which means the sand behind the house stays blissfully uncrowded: room for chairs, corn hole, and a football throw without disturbing a soul. A sand bar 30 to 40 feet out calms the surf for young swimmers, tidal pools appear late in the day, and great surf fishing waits around the old pier posts just north. Groceries are across the bridge, our favorite restaurants are minutes away, and Wilmington is under an hour when you want a day trip.
