Fire tables on oceanfront decks, rooftop decks for sunrise coffee and stargazing, gas grills, outdoor showers, free EV charging, and dogs welcome. This is the classic Topsail beach house week, without the crowds.

What makes a house truly oceanfront?
A oceanfront beach house sits on the dune line itself, with a private walkway from the deck straight down to the sand. Ocean view, ocean side, and second row all mean something less. Every one of our four houses is the real thing: you can watch the kids on the beach from the kitchen window, and the walk to your beach chairs takes about thirty seconds.

How close are the houses to the beach?
They are on the beach. Each house has its own private walkway over the dunes; from the deck to the sand takes about thirty seconds, even carrying chairs.
Do the houses sleep large groups?
Yes. Each side of our duplexes sleeps 10, and Up On The Roof booked as the full duplex sleeps 20 with two kitchens and six oceanfront decks.
Are the houses dog friendly?
All four houses welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional fee.
Do the houses have EV charging?
Yes, free EV charging is included at God's Grace, Sea La Vie, and both Up On The Roof units.
