When you step into your oceanfront townhome, you will find beautiful coastal decor in spacious units that are comfortably furnished. Our North Topsail Beach oceanfront townhomes have a floor plan to fit every need.

All townhomes are non-smoking.  Washers and dryers are provided for your convenience.  Internet and Smart TVs are included. Please, make yourself at home! Our North Topsail Beach oceanfront townhomes are dog friendly for an added fee.

The well-appointed kitchen will make meal and snack prep a breeze.  Groceries are available locally (avoid the weekend – markets are crowded.) Or, grab your supplies on the way into town – (Lowe’s Food to Go is a great option.) Be sure to visit one of the local seafood markets for the fresh catch of the day to prepare for your crew!  Breakfast will be quick and easy so you can hit the sand and set up your beach camp early! No dashing out to grab lunch, just make a quick meal and take a midday break from the sun in your oceanfront townhouse. Spacious dining areas with room for everyone are perfect for those long, leisurely dinners.

After a perfect beach day, enjoy the outdoor shower – a must for the perfect beach vacation! Day or evening, relaxing on the oceanfront decks is amazing. Enjoy the sea breeze and listen to the waves breaking on the beach – mesmerizing. Catch a sunrise and don’t miss the stars, they look magical over the sea.  

In addition to the family-friendly beaches, you will find no shortage of things to do in close proximity to our North Topsail Beach oceanfront townhomes.  From shopping to fishing piers and charters, there is something for everyone (see our Visitor Information for details.)  Don’t miss the very important Sea Turtle Hospital to see the good work being done there.  Enjoy eco tours and water sports. Treat yourself to a spa day! Of course, no beach vacation would be complete without a round of mini-golf and an ice cream cone, you’ll find both on the island. You will also find a skating rink here!  A bit of nostalgic fun for an evening activity, skating with the family to tunes from the 70’s will be a hit for sure!  To learn some local history (including pirates!) and the role Topsail Island played in military history (Operation Bumblebee and more) don’t miss  the Missiles & More Museum, a must for WWII buffs.  Attention sunset lovers! Just across the swing bridge in Surf City you will find Sound Side Park. The perfect way to end the day as you watch the sunset over the peaceful sound.

2 great weeks at the beach
Three generations of us enjoyed our 2 weeks at the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded and there was still plenty of room even at high tide. Finding shark’s teeth turned out to be an unexpected activity for all ages. On our last morning we found that a sea turtle had come ashore and laid eggs in the dune at the house next door!

Wonderful Beach Vacation!
God’s Grace was wonderful! Home had everything we needed and more! Location was stellar and you are so close to the water. Loved being able to drop back into house quickly to grab food and drinks as needed. Communication was excellent and our needs were met immediately throughout the trip. Could not have asked for more. Nicely updated and furnished well! Will certainly be my first consideration when vacationing at NTB.

Wonderful Topsail Island Vacation Property
We absolutely love “Up On The Roof”! This is the second time our family has visited this property. The two units have doors that open through the kitchens, so it makes the property perfect for a large family. The separate kitchens and living areas are ideal for different eating times and TV viewing options. The bench at the end of the walkway overlooking the ocean is perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee, or your evening glass of wine! Although the dunes are now starting to invade the walkway. The owner Amy, was very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend visiting this property.
