• Inquiry and booking details: your name, email, phone number, travel dates, party size, and any message you send us.
• Rewards signups: your name, email, and, if you add it, your phone number.
• Payment information: handled by our booking and payment providers. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Site usage: standard server logs and, if we enable analytics, anonymous page view data.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry, send a quote, and manage your reservation
• To send door codes, arrival details, and stay information
• To send Sea La Vie Rewards emails (and texts if you gave us a number) about flash sales, open weeks, and loyalty offers. You can unsubscribe from any email or reply STOP to any text at any time.
• To meet legal, tax, and North Carolina vacation rental requirements

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the business: our reservation system (OwnerRez), payment processors, email delivery, and the listing platforms when you book through them. We do not sell your information. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Your choices

Email sealavietopsail@gmail.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing. We keep booking records as long as tax and legal rules require.

Cookies

This site uses only functional storage (for example, your saved favorite homes in your own browser). Embedded booking widgets from OwnerRez may set their own cookies under their policy.
