Oceanfront, defined honestly
Oceanfront, also called oceanfront, means there is nothing between your door and the ocean: no road to cross, no row of houses in front of you, no long boardwalk through a crowd. On our stretch of North Topsail Beach there is very little public beach access, so the sand behind the homes stays quiet even in July. Every Sea La Vie home meets that definition. If a listing anywhere else makes you squint at the map, ours will not.

What does oceanfront mean at Sea La Vie Vacations?
Every one of our four beach houses and three condos sits directly on the sand. The beach houses have their own private walkways over the dunes; the condos are inside St. Regis Resort, which fronts the beach itself. You never cross a road to reach the water.
Where exactly is North Topsail Beach?
North Topsail Beach is the quiet northern end of Topsail Island, NC, about an hour from Wilmington. There is no boardwalk and little public beach access on our stretch, which is exactly why the sand stays uncrowded.
How many people can your rentals sleep?
From 6 (Aqua Vista) up to 20 (Up On The Roof Full Duplex). Our adjoining condos, Sea Pointe Combined, sleep 16 for reunions that want elevator convenience.
Is it cheaper to book direct than on Vrbo or Airbnb?
