What is the biggest group you can host?
Up On The Roof Full Duplex sleeps 20 across two adjoining homes with two kitchens. Sea Pointe Combined sleeps 16 across two adjoining condos.
Can we cook for twenty people?
Yes. The Full Duplex has two full kitchens with granite counters, double appliances, and dining for 8 on each side, plus two gas grills.
How do the adjoining setups work?
A connecting door joins the two sides. Open it and you are one big house; close it and each family has its own kitchen, living room, and bedrooms.
Is a big beach house or the condos better for our reunion?
Houses give you decks, grills, dogs, and the walkway lifestyle; the condos give you the elevator, pool, and restaurant. Call or text us and we will talk it through honestly.
