Every home we own has a story, but God's Grace carries ours in its name. When our family talks about why we do this, why the beds are made with actual care and why a real person answers the phone, this house is usually where the conversation lands. It is also, by the numbers, one of the most loved houses on our stretch of sand.
The thirty-second commute
God's Grace is truly oceanfront: off the main-level living room is an oceanfront deck, and off the deck is your own private walkway over the dunes. From coffee pot to sand takes about thirty seconds, and the new deck gate means the toddlers and the dog can be out there with you while breakfast happens.
How it lives
Three floors, sensibly stacked. Ground level: the Alcove, a queen bed and smart TV hideout that teenagers claim on arrival. Main level: the open living, dining, and granite kitchen with seating for 8 at the table plus 5 at the island, a powder room, and that deck. Top floor: the oceanfront king suite with its own private deck (sunbathing by day, stargazing by night), a queen bedroom, and the bunk room, two sets of bunks and a TV, which is where the cousin friendships get made. The details families notice
An evening fire table on the ocean side. A gas grill in the carport for the Sneads Ferry shrimp. An outdoor shower for sandy kids and sandier dogs (up to two dogs welcome). Free EV charging, which road-trip families tell us is worth more than we charge for it, which is nothing. And the old pier posts just north, the best surf fishing structure on our stretch, are in casting distance.
