Amy and Greg, the family behind Sea La Vie Vacations
We are Amy and Greg. Topsail got us before we ever owned a key here. We were married on a deck over this beach in 2000, and we kept coming back because the quiet north end gave our family something no busy boardwalk ever did: time that did not feel spent. In 2013 we bought one oceanfront townhome and started sharing it.
The name is a little joke with a lot of truth in it. C’est la vie says “that’s life”; Sea La Vie says the sea IS life, or at least the best part of a summer. And we named one of our homes God’s Grace because that is honestly how we got here. Our faith shapes how we host: we believe rest is not a luxury but a gift meant to be shared, a quiet place set apart for God, your people, and what matters most.
A few things have stayed true the whole way. We answer our own phone, seven days a week: when you call, you get Amy or Greg. We treat your dog like family, because ours is. And we do right by you, even when it costs us.
Twelve years and more than 500 five-star stays later, we still clean like company is coming, and we still get a little giddy when a family books their fifth summer in a row. Many do.
